Orders are confirmed only after successful payment has been received.

To help FoundAngle deliver the best possible outcome, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.

This includes providing the correct website, relevant project details, and any supporting materials you would like considered during the editorial planning process.

If important information changes after your order has been submitted, please notify FoundAngle as soon as reasonably possible.

One revision is included with every project to refine the approved deliverable if something has genuinely been misunderstood or requires reasonable adjustment based on the approved Editorial Brief.

Revision requests should relate to the original approved project scope and are intended to improve the completed deliverable rather than introduce new requirements or substantially change the approved direction.

Requests that fall outside the original approved scope may require a new project or an additional quotation.

FoundAngle aims to be transparent and fair throughout every project.

A full refund is available if you request cancellation before work on your project has begun.

Once work has begun, including editorial planning, research, or writing, your project becomes non-refundable because professional time and effort have already been invested.

Ownership of the final approved deliverable transfers to you once full payment has been received.

Until payment has been completed, all drafts, research, editorial planning, and written materials remain the intellectual property of FoundAngle.

FoundAngle retains ownership of its editorial processes, methodologies, templates, systems, and internal workflows used to produce the deliverable. Only the final approved content is transferred to the client.

FoundAngle provides professional editorial services based on the information available at the time of writing.
